DELIVERY & RETURNS

Pursuant to the Sale of Alcohol Act 2012 all deliveries require
PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION in order for the delivery to be completed.

DELIVERY TIME-FRAMES:
South Island: 3 - 5 days
North Island: 4 - 7 days

Delivery Rates
Delivery charges cover packaging and signature required delivery.
 
Minimum Order $25.00​
Goods Orders $25.00 - $45.00 - Courier Delivery $12.00 incl GST.
Goods Orders $45.00 - $95.00 - Courier Delivery $10.00 incl GST.
Goods Orders $95.00 and over - Courier Delivery FREE.

Online Order Delivery
Delivery is generally within 3-7 business days to New Zealand destinations for orders received before 9am Monday through Friday subject to availability of stock and other considerations:

  • 3-5 days for South Island and 4-7 days for North Island.

  • Rural and remote delivery times may vary dependent on courier services.

  • Please include a telephone number.

  • We do not deliver to P O Box addresses.

  • We do not deliver to Great Barrier Island, Waiheke Island or Stewart Island addresses.

  • All orders require a signature on delivery unless an indemnity to leave is in place.
